You can submit your cases through the Invisalign ClinCheck portal. Simply select Dr. Sam Daher as the treating doctor when you submit your case, and the request will automatically be sent to him for review.

Once you’ve signed up for the TPS membership, you’ll be added to a special group within the Invisalign portal. From that point on, each time you submit a case for TPS, the discounted rate of $99 will be applied automatically, instead of the regular $225.
